Wir, Lander Software, sind ein kleines Unternehmen mit Sitz im Donnersbergkreis und erster Ansprechpartner für Schulen und Bildungseinrichtungen in Rheinland-Pfalz und im Saarland, welche die Produkte der Untis GmbH verwenden.
Die Produktpalette rund um Untis hilft seit Jahrzehnten beim Erstellen von Stunden- und Vertretungsplänen. Mittels Webapplikationen decken wir inzwischen nahezu alle Bereiche des schulischen Lebens ab.
Wir möchten unser Team hier vor Ort verstärken und suchen ab sofort eine/n kaufmännische/n Mitarbeiter*in in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit für unserer Unternehmen.
Essential skills for your mission
Fähigkeiten und Eigenschaften
- Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Office-Programmen
- Offene und souveräne Kommunikation (schriftlich und mündlich)
- Verantwortungsbewusster und zielorientierter Umgang mit Kund*innen und Kolleg*innen
- Ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört unter anderem:
- Erstellung von Angeboten, Auftragsbestätigungen und Rechnungen
- Auslieferung unserer Produkte an unsere Kunden
- Pflege von Kundenstammdaten
- Unterstützung bei der Neukundengewinnung per Telefon
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per E-Mail oder Telefon
- Allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
